What to do now

    Open your email

    • If your preferred date is available, the email will contain your deposit invoice. The date will be held for you for 7 days while you complete the deposit.
    • If we need to confirm availability against our calendar, we’ll be in touch within 1 business day to discuss your options.

    Review the deposit invoice

    The invoice confirms your selected procedure, your procedure date, deposit amount (in your local currency), and a secure payment link.

  3. 3.

    Settle the deposit

    Once received, we lock in your preferred procedure date and send a written confirmation along with pre-operative preparation instructions.

    Pre-operative consultation

    Your International Patient Manager will reach out to schedule a video consultation and answer any final questions.
