Dr. Nuttorn Narupaves, widely known as “Dr. Top,” achieved a historic milestone for Thai medicine by winning the prestigious “Best Hair Restoration” award at the Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC) 2025 in Monaco. As the founder of Dr. Top Hair Hospital by The Skin Clinic, he became the first Thai and only Asian physician to secure this global accolade, distinguishing himself among finalists from over 39 countries. The award, presented during the ceremony in Monte Carlo, recognizes excellence in clinical cases and cements his status as a world-class leader in hair restoration surgery, specifically noted for his expertise in complex and corrective procedures.

The winning clinical case that secured the victory was a highly complex treatment of a 37-year-old patient suffering from severe burn scar alopecia. Dr. Nuttorn utilized a pioneering “Combination Technique” to successfully restore hair on the scarred tissue—a notoriously difficult feat in the field of restoration surgery. His approach integrated several advanced modalities, including Nano Fat grafting to prepare the scalp and stimulate blood vessels, followed by a Long Hair Transplant (Non-Shaving FUE) and the use of Autologous Micrografts. This innovative synthesis of regenerative medicine and surgical precision not only ensured graft survival on compromised skin but also delivered natural-looking results, impressing the AMWC jury of global aesthetic experts.
